Sync high-resolution social profile photos to your iPhone contacts. ContactPix finds the right photo for the right person — and never changes a contact without your say-so.
Built for iPhone. Requires iOS 27 or later.
Most address books are a wall of grey initials. ContactPix connects to the social networks you already use, works out which profile belongs to which contact, and puts a proper photo on the card.
ContactPix asks each network for the largest photo variant it offers and keeps it at source quality, only scaling down when an image is bigger than 1200px on its long edge.
A matching email address or phone number is confirmed automatically. An exact name match — regardless of word order, case, or accents — is treated as probable. Anything looser is flagged for you to decide.
The review queue shows a contact's current photo side by side with the proposed one. Accept or reject each match; your decisions are remembered between launches.
Choose whether ContactPix fills in missing photos only, always replaces the existing photo, or asks you contact by contact. Change it any time in Settings.
When automatic matching can't help, link a contact to one of your connected accounts yourself straight from the contact detail screen.
The Sync dashboard shows live progress while a sync runs, then groups the results into updated, skipped, and failed — with the reason why — plus the date and counts from your last run.
Three steps, and you stay in control of every one of them.
Sign in to the networks you want to pull photos from. Sign-in runs through each provider's own OAuth flow, and the resulting access token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.
ContactPix compares the profiles it can read against your address book and queues up what it finds. You approve the matches that are right and reject the ones that aren't.
Approved photos are written directly into your iPhone address book, so they show up everywhere your contacts do — Phone, Messages, Mail, and anywhere else on your devices.
Connect as many or as few as you like, and disconnect any of them at any time. More providers are being added as their photo APIs are wired up.
ContactPix has no accounts, no sign-up, and no GeekLingo server holding your data. Everything happens between your iPhone and the networks you choose to connect.
Your address book is read and written on-device through Apple's Contacts framework. ContactPix does not upload it anywhere.
Access tokens are stored only in the iOS Keychain. Disconnecting an account deletes its token, and deleting the app removes them all.
There are no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs in the app, and nothing about your contacts is sold or shared.
ContactPix is in active development and heading for the App Store. Send us a note and we'll let you know the moment it's available — or if you'd like to help test it before then.
