Geeksphone have tweeted the availability of the Firefox OS 1.1 update for Keon. According to Geeksphone forum users, this new build is fairly impressive over the previous version. Improvements as reported by one forum user “coyan” include:
- All apps have better HD support and are easier to read
- A number of improvements to the Email app
- Usability improvements with the Calendar app
- Improvements with headphone use
- Now can choose between internal and external memory when USB is used
- Apps list has improved
