D-Link Smart Plugs Now Work With Google Assistant

D-Link Smart Plugs Support the Google Assistant

In keeping up with the times, the mydlink Wi-Fi Smart Plug (DSP-W215) is now compatible with Google Assistant on Google Home. Owners of the D-Link Smart Plug will be able to use their Android or iPhone devices to control their mydlink Wi-Fi Smart Plugs. They can do this by simply “OK Google” to switch Google Assistant on and then issuing the voice command to turn the plugs on and off.

Using Google Assistant, you no longer need to remember if you have left things powered on after leaving the house. You can use the voice control feature to manage the smart plug from anywhere in the world where you have an internet connection.

You can configure your devices in the settings menu on Google Home or Google Assistant app by simply selecting Home control and connecting the smart plug. As D-Link works to bring more products to the Google Assistant compatible range, the Smart Plug DSP-W215 certainly won’t be the last.

The D-Link DSP-W215 Wi-Fi Smart Plug can be purchased online at www.dlink.com.au, www.dlink.co.nz or from any authorised D-Link retailers.
