D-Link PowerLine AV2 2000 Gigabit Passthrough Starter Kit (DHP-P701AV) Launched in Oz

Latest PowerLine AV2 MIMO 2000 technology uses existing electrical wiring to provide fast networking speeds ideal for 4K media and streaming

Utilising the latest HomePlug AV2 industry-standards, D-Link ANZ has launched the PowerLine AV2 2000 Gigabit Passthrough Starter Kit (DHP-P701AV). The kit comes with two passthrough adapters that lets you use your home’s existing electrical wiring as a high-speed network. Boasting speeds of up to 2000Mbps, the DHP-P701AV is perfect for high-bandwidth demands such as online gaming and 4K media streaming. Installation of the kit is as simple as connecting one adapter to an existing router and the other into a wall outlet.

“The use of PowerLine products has been growing at a rapid rate over the last couple of years for good reason. PowerLine users no longer have to base where they place important devices, such as Smart TVs or gaming consoles, on where they can get a reliable connection from their router. In fact the new PowerLine AV2 2000 Gigabit Passthrough Kit offers a simple, affordable and discrete solution by transforming every electrical outlet in the home into a potential network connection, making even the hardest to reach areas viable for networking activities.” – Graeme Reardon, D-Link ANZ MD.

Some key features of the DHP-P701AV:

  • PowerLine AV2 Technology
  • MIMO Technology
