People love producing their home movies, and doing so has never been easier with today’s technology. Instead of just showcasing these videos on smartphones and tablets alone, people can opt to carry around a miniature projector in their pockets instead. These small projectors provide great picture quality and sound. One of the best pocket projectors available is the ZenBeam GO E1Z from ASUS.

Features

This little pocket projector comes with a 6,400 mAh battery that can last for up to five hours of projection displays. At the same time, it can also play movies while charging on a wall outlet or power bank. It features plug and play technology with mobile devices, laptops, and computers through a USB port. For the sake of providing clear sound, it comes equipped with an ASUS Sonic Master speaker.

Design

The thought process behind this miniature projector is to be as compact as possible. It will display between 15-inch and 120-inch projections at close distances. Therefore, it can easily turn a wall into a small movie theater. It projects at 150 lumens for a bright, clear picture with 854 x 480 resolutions.

For the sake of private listening sessions, it also comes with a headphone jack. It can also sit on top of some camera pods as well. Using the spinning dial on the side of the projector, the focus can be zeroed in tightly to meet the viewing needs of the person using it.

Performance

This little projector from ASUS is great for projecting videos and home movies onto walls during parties. Alternatively, someone can use it at night on their ceiling while trying to fall asleep. Since the battery only lasts for about five hours, the bulb in the projector does not burn out from overheating. This factor is crucial because the bulb cannot be replaced on its own. Once it goes out, the entire device needs to be replaced instead.

While it can be used while charging on a wall outlet or from a power bank, this projector doubles as a power bank on its own. It will charge mobile devices in a short amount of time on its 6,400 mAh battery, but it will need to charge itself sometime after powering up one other device.

Final Thoughts

This pocket projector is great for sharing movies with people on a large scale on the go. Not much information is known about its storage capacity, which can be concerning for parents who want to use this projector on the go for their children. On the other hand, it has a high lumens rating and can display pictures in high definition at much larger sizes than most televisions. Sharing movies on this device is much easier than trying to display it on a small phone or tablet for friends and families to see, though.
